About Attorney Kelly Clark
Mr. Kelly Clark leverages 25 years of professional legal experience toward his role as an Attorney at O'Donnell Clark & Crew LLP. Possessing deep experience in defending individual rights, Kelly Clark is most well known for his tireless work on behalf of victims of childhood sexual abuse. Over the past 15 years alone, Kelly Clark has built a reputation for going up against powerful institutions, such as the Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, to win restitutions for victims and institute change at the government level. Prior to his partnership at O'Donnell, Clark, & Crew, Kelly Clark worked independently at his own private practice and served as State Representative for the Oregon Legislature. While serving as State Representative, Kelly Clark fought hard to implement influential changes through co-authoring the child abuse statute of limitations, as well as instituting a ban on the possession of child pornography. Widely sought after for his expertise in law and politics, Kelly Clark has contributed pieces to esteemed publications such as The Oregonian, Oregon Law Review, and Lewis and Clark College's Chronicle. Kelly Clark is also a dynamic public speaker and has presented at conferences held at Lewis and Clark Law School, the City Club of Portland, and the University of Oregon Law School Symposium. Additionally, Kelly Clark serves as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science and Constitutional Law at George Fox University. Passionate about utilizing his talents in both a professional and a personal capacity, Kelly Clark remains active in his community. Kelly Clark currently acts as Counsel for the William Temple House Board of Directors. Kelly Clark has also worked with the North Portland Nurse Practitioners Clinic on the Board of Directors and Young Life on the Steering Committee. Currently a resident of Portland, Oregon, Kelly Clark enjoys playing golf, fly-fishing, and photography in his spare time.
